DojoKSA needed a website that could reliably convert local traffic into trial requests. The existing experience did not guide visitors to the right program quickly, the primary calls-to-action were not dominant on mobile, and the site was not positioned strongly for “near me” intent.
We rebuilt the site as a conversion-first, no-code martial arts academy website with a clear program path (kids, teens, adults), prominent WhatsApp and call actions, and a streamlined inquiry flow. We also implemented a local SEO structure that supports city-level discovery and improves relevance for high-intent searches.
